1. Take all your clothes off and DANCE! In front of a mirror preferably.

2. Send someone you love a love note. As in snail mail. Yes, it still exists.

3. Give yourself a hug. Wrap your arms around yourself like you used to in junior high when you wanted to make it look like you were smoochin’ on someone.

4. Eat cookies for breakfast. Preferably vegan and raw.

5. Indulge in gossip on the Internet. It will instantly make you feel better about whatever kind of Monday you’re having.
